Introducing the Phase-Guard Cloud Service

Stay informed with real-time alerts from your Phase-Guard, delivered via text and/or email.

Phase-Guard Cloud allows you to effortlessly receive alerts (via text or email) from your Phase-Guard, accessible wherever you have an internet connection.

Here's how it works:

1. Connect the CloudCom unit to your Phase-Guard using a USB connection.
2. Connect the CloudCom to the internet via either ethernet or Wi-Fi.
3. Register the CloudCom with your Phase-Guard Cloud account.
4. Start receiving immediate updates on the status of your Phase-Guard.

While each Phase-Guard requires its own CloudCom device, a single CloudCom subscription account will keep you informed about the status of all your Phase-Guards, regardless of your location in the world.

View the details including event history of the connected Phase-Guard.

Events include:

• Normal
• Faults (if active): Phase Loss, Reverse Phase, Low Voltage, Over Voltage
• Lost Power, Power Up
• Phase-Guard Detected, Communication Lost, Communication Restored

Each Phase-Guard must be connected to a separate CloudCom for monitoring.

A single Phase-Guard Cloud account with an active subscription is required to monitor all your Phase-Guards connected with CloudCom.
