Taylor Electronics Inc. warrants Phase-Guard relays manufactured by it to be free of defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of one year from the date of shipment. This warranty is considered void if, upon our inspection, cause of failure is determined to have resulted from abuse, misuse, accident, improper connection, or voltages in excess of established limits. Further, this warranty is considered void if, upon our inspection the unit has been found to have been altered, modified, repaired, or tampered with in any way.
Under no circumstances does Taylor Electronics Inc. assume risk or liability for the resulting application or use of Phase-Guard relays. Further, no claims for labor in replacing defective equipment or parts will be allowed.
This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied, and Taylor Electronics Inc. neither assumes nor authorizes any person to assume for it any other liability in connection with manufacture and sale of Phase-Guard relays.
