The relay coil in this model is energized when conditions are normal.
Upon phase loss, or phase unbalance (12% or more) the master relay will drop out after the time delay (standard 1-1/2 seconds) has elapsed.
The master relay will also drop immediately if a total power loss should occur.
The model "P" will automatically reset whenever the cause of the fault has been corrected and balanced voltage is restored.
Model P includes led indicators for normal (green) and phase loss (yellow) as a standard feature. It also includes DPDT output relay with 30 amp contact rating.
This model is recommended for protection of pumps, compressors, ventilation fans, etc. or any individual or group of motors on a common feed.
